The COTTON USA Sourcing Program can help your company capitalize on the opportunities available under the various preferential trade agreements to grow your company. We are dedicated to providing relevant and timely information to facilitate business in the Western Hemisphere cotton textile and apparel supply chain. Our objective is to increase trade between U.S. cotton textile mills and cotton apparel manufacturers in the Western Hemisphere. DR-CAFTA: A detailed explanation of the Central America - Dominican Republic Free Trade Agreement (DR-CAFTA ) is provided including information on Rules of Origin and other special provisions.

China Safeguards: An explanation of the November 2005 agreement between the United States and China with regards to textile and apparel information in effect until 2008. It includes links to the U.S. Customs websites with details of categories and import limits.
